At What Katie Did, we want you to be completely satisfied with your vintage-inspired garments. If your purchase isn't quite right, you can return or exchange items within 28 days of receipt, provided they are in original condition with all tags attached.

Return Process

  Fill out the returns form included in your original package, clearly indicating whether you would prefer a size exchange or a full refund for each item.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely package your unworn items in their original packaging, ensuring that all lingerie and hosiery remain in their sealed, unopened packets for hygiene reasons.

• 3.
  Ship to Our Warehouse

  Affix the provided return address label to your parcel and send it via your preferred tracked courier method to ensure safe arrival at our distribution center.

• 4.
  Processing and Confirmation

  Once received, our team will inspect your return and process your refund or dispatch your exchange within 5-7 working days, sending a confirmation email once complete.
